Who the Heck Cares????

Of all the ridiculous “news” items! Apparently, it is a fashion, or political, or respect-related, mistake for the President’s wife to wear a sleeveless dress. There was a big story in the newspaper on Sunday about how Mrs. Obama’s dress – gasp! – showed her bare arms. Is this the Puritan days or what? C’mon people, it’s Y2K+ and it matters what the president’s wife wears? Okay, if she were wearing a miniskirt and halter top, or a dress slit way up or way down, to an official meeting, I could sense a “news” story here. But geez Louise, get a life. No wonder newspapers are going the way of the nickel beer (no, your teacher is not a drunk. I just like that old saying).

Yes, naturally as a boy, I am not interested in clothes and such, but my sister and mom took a look at Newsweek and they liked Mrs. Obama’s outfits.
People should have their own opinion and wear what they think is right, or “cool”, not just copy Mrs. Obama.
